📦 Important Update on Storage
We appreciate your support in helping our business grow! 🙏 As we expand, our storage space is becoming limited, so we’ve updated our holding policies to ensure there’s room for everyone’s orders:
- Current Orders: Because you ordered these from our old website before June 01, 2026, we are giving you plenty of extra time! You can hold these items for FREE until December 31, 2026.
- Future Orders: Please note that any new orders placed on our new website starting on July 01, 2026, will have a maximum of 60 days of free storage. For older items preordered before June 1 but arriving sometime next year, they’ll now also follow the 60-day free storage policy. However, if they arrive around December, they’ll need to be released before January 1, 2027.
⚠️ Penalty for Overdue Items: After your free storage period ends, a storage fee of 5 pesos per item, per day will apply for a maximum of 30 days. After those 30 days, if the items are still unpaid and not released, they will be forfeited and resold (no refunds will be given).
